During my time in the waiting hall, I closely observed the daily operations and the behavior of the entire team. I was deeply impressed. Unlike many large, commercialized private hospitals where one often encounters callousness from the staff and a mechanical approach to patients, This Hospital feels remarkably different.
From the doctors and nurses to the midwives and even the gatekeeper, every single person is incredibly courteous, cooperative, and deeply respectful. The nursing staff, in particular, is always on their toes, ready to help and guide patients and visitors with a genuine smile.
Billing here is highly transparent with absolutely no hidden costs—a refreshing change from the inflated and ambiguous charges typical of big corporate hospitals.
While they are in their takeoff phase and expanding their panel of specialists, their core focus on maternity and childbirth care is already operating at an elite level.
